I dunno. I do know it's pretty useless to risk losing the translocator because you accidentally hit both buttons at the same time if you could've had instant access to every single weapon in the game to begin with.

I've never had a problem with that, and I have to spit out my gum before I walk anywhere.
I can only assume that anyone coordinated enough to avoid swallowing their tongue and/or crappping their pants at random intervals can master the fine art of not mashing two buttons at once.
Even if there's a chance of 0.01% that something like that happens in a match (like, because someone hit a tennisball into your room that just happened to hit the other mousebutton), it's still not worth it seeing as if you have a proper setup you don't NEED it.
