I agree, it's great for tam, lms, and ffa dm. But once control in tdm on that map , always control...imo.

I wouldnt wanna miss it though

I dunno how people like Grendel when its basically lightning after lightning boring hitscan in addition to 2k4's hitscan domination. btw I am not bad with LG, I just like using a widerange of awesome weapons, LG is fun, but not if you have to always use it. Rockets, combos, flak are so cool.

I won't deny that I've come to absolutely hate DM-DE-Grendelkeep. Of course, part of that hate is because I'm frequently forced to play it by other players that DO like it in TAM pickups, so you don't have to feel bad. (also it works very well as a CTF map )

DM-Rankin (The definitive DM map IMHO)
ONS-Torlan (All of them since I haven't yet met a Torlan version I didn't like)
CTF-(Z)MP5SpaceMarines (This map combines stealth tactics with in your face fighting)
CTF-FaceClassic (What more can I say? This has always been my favorite map of all-time)
