Installation error [FIXED]

A friend of mine has just finished fixing a problem on her pc that kept crashing UT due to a borked motherboard

Anyway, she is trying to reinstall UT now but keeps getting this error after she inputs her cd-key.

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)

I think that's a GPF...not sure the solution, I got them before the newer patches...it's during the installation...Well, I'm pretty sure it's a GPF(General protection fault), but anything else I'm not sure of.

I don´t want to be picky, but I think the processor is more than 2.6 Mhz...

But anyway, is the CD scratched or dirty? That´s about the only thing I can think of.

That´s true, but maybe it displays no video when one has onboard graphics accelerator?

Erm, about the 'No video', good point. I'll check that when i next speak to her.
