what can i do when i read this:

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: AuthenticAMD Unknown processor @ 3472 MHz with 2047MB RAM
Video: NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GTX (8421)

Three things:
1. Install the latest patch.
2. Don't use the UDebugger to play the game.
3. Assign the UT2003 process to a single CPU core.

How i can assign the process?!!!
(yesterday, i installed the Service pack 2 from Windows Update.
Can the Sp2 really support the dual core? )
