    Everything much smaller @ 1280x1024 or 1280x960

    Hello,

I have a pretty annoying problem. In UT its fine. Out of UT, at 1280x1024 or 1280x960, Everything is so so much smaller. Its not just the text. using the DPI change to 120 doesnt do anything either, except change the text size. On other desktops at higher resolutions, they look fine. This is really getting annoying now. I have made a screenshot of what it looks like looking at the unrealnorth screen at 1280x960, and one at 1024x768.

    Spot the difference .
Basically I want everything bigger, and less blurrier. Im not sure how to do this. If anyone could help, it would be appreciated. If you cant see any difference, try changing your resolution to the corresponding screen. If theres still no difference, Tell me how to maginify my screen to everything is more readable. And stuff like the toolbar is bigger. Not just the text.
    Peace out.

I'm not sure how you'd manage that, when you change the screen resolution, everything uses up the same amount of pixels, it's just the fact that there are more pixels occupying the space that fewer pixels would occupy at say 1024x768.
Not much there is to do about it but compromise and choose something like 1152x864. I've only found resolutions above 1152x864 useful on 19"+ monitors, otherwise everything just tends to look ridiculously small and puts strain on your eyes.

1024 x 768 is a great desktop resolution, at least for 15" monitors.

Well, its just that the default res for this Digimate 17" monitor is 1280x1024, but its unreadable. Cleartype doesnt do anything. Everything changes. Buttons, text, everything. Its really getting on my nerves now.
