    SGL Hosting...anyone get their refund?

As some of you know Ryan 'went out of business' last month without warning. I have requested a refund, but he has stopped answering my emails. I am wondering if any others of you have had any better luck..? I was only 3 or 4 months into a year pre-paid contract.

If he's gone into liquidation dont expect to see your money.

Perhaps Flak knows more, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high

he replied this morning saying it may take some time... I have since moved my server, but would be nice to get some fundage back..

Wow. That sucks -- I hate hearing stories of GSP/ISP just up and leaving.

Lemme know if you need colo or whatever -- I`ll try to help ya as much as I can if you need.

You have co-lo? I went to your site and didn't see anything about it... I might be interested in it.

In short: Hosting a server belonging to someone else. The customer takes responsibility for the OS, hardware, everything basically except power/connectivity.

We had a few months left on our last VSK server. We converted it to replace the SGL one. I have until January to select a new host. It is still open. I have heard good things about several. Not sure where I will go yet. (not VSK)

After going through through the VSK ordeal we found a great home with Trinity Gaming www.trinitygaming.com  Maybe not the cheapest out there, but the experience has been nothing short of awesome.. and customer support has been exemplary!
