How do I turn off the in game voice chat?

How do I turn off the in game voice chat? I run a deticated 30 man server and I don't want 30 people creating lag by constantly talking. I have looked through the .ini and I can't find it.

Does anyone know the command.

Just open the Web Admin, and then by Defaults, game settings (I think) there you can dissable Voice Chat!

I'm experiencing the same problem! Voice Chat generates a lot of lag indeed!

But it's always a few people who are more busy with chatting then playing! So I just gave them a kick-warning if they don't stop abusing the Voice Chat!!

Because you shouldn't punish all your clients, because a few only a acting like sissy retards!

If you dissable it...you can experience that a lot of people will not visit your server anymore!

Hmm......

I've read several posts throughout these forums that indicate VoiceChat doesn't cause any additional lag at all. It's built into the code so turning it off won't make gameplay any better....

Don't quote me....but I think that's what I read awhile back.....
