If you have an ut2k3 server, you can use
http://uz2.gameservers.net/ut2003/
If you have an ut2k4 server, you can use
http://uz2.gameservers.net/ut2004/
The one at
http://redirect.unrealbattlegrounds.net/
and later changed to
http://redirect.unrealbattlegrounds.net/ut200x/
doesnt seem to be working at the moment.
Also there is also
http://uz.unrealadmin.org/
for both ut2k3 and ut2k4 servers.

I'm not sure they're doing onsite uploads anymore..can't find the page anyway.
Easier to use an FTP client I find.
FTP client details:
Hostname: redirect.gameservers.net
Username: upload
Password: upload
Hope that helps

My FTP client has an 'initial path' setting, which I can set to
/unrealtournament2004
.
That works for me.. maybe yours has the same or something similar?
Now I've replied to a question you haven't asked...

Yes I figured it out after asking and edited the question out.
Im using the ut2003compress utility and it has a "remote dir" field - It listed the "/unrealtournament2004/" after connecting the 1st time. Thanks again.
