UT2004 Server URL Links???

anyone have any idea how to get the server links to work with 2004?

unreal://myiphere:myport would launch 2003 or 99 depending on which was installed last..but have yet to find a way to launch a 2004 server using the new ut2004://myiphere:myport. Any ideas?

Yeah, a had a good laugh when I typed in an IP, and then suddenly had UT99 starting to connect to it.

Do you mean URLS like this?

ut2004://64.207.53.106:7777/

That should start UT2004 and connect to the server at that address and port.

If you want an URL that works inside of GameSpy, use one like this:
ut2004://64.207.53.106:7777/?type=game

That will notify GSA that you have launched a game and allow your buddies to follow you.

I just use "ut2004://myserver.com:7777"

And that works just fine, but make sure the game isnt already open (I usually ALT-TAB out)...
