Music Mutator
Is there a mutator which can stream music and radio shoutcasts through the built in UT2004 voice chat? Any suggestions? =/

No, that's not possible, and it would be a stupid idea.
Voice chat is only optimized for speech. Particularly it would not be able to stream music in a reasonable quality, not to mention at an acceptable bit rate. An attempt to do that would have two effects: a laggy game experience and unwanted background noise.
Personally I play with music disabled. If I really want music, I use foobar2000 instead of UT2004, which (like most other music players) can be controlled via global hotkeys or multimedia keys.
