I rent a server from Gameserver and i had the same problem and i solve it by recotating the server like from new york to new jersey that way you get a new ip and you don't loose anything
if you're seeing other TAM servers listed it isn't a filter/standard server issue..assuming you have installed on your client the same version as the server..you should be able to see it. can you verify this?
