1on1 Config in Mapvoting?

Well, firstly I don't use any kind of other mutators (UT2Vote, i.e.) for map voting, just the regular UT MapVote.
I'd like to know how I can set a player limit of 2 for 1on1, and only for that - is it possible through webadmin? How?
