Server messages

I was aware of an old mod that allowed you to enter various messages on your screen throughout gameplay called ServerADSE but I am unable to locate it now. Is there anything that will do the same thing now? As I am running a test server, I need to send constant reminders regarding relevant information instead of relying on the pre-game message of the day only. Any ideas?
