Web interface with UT2k4 server

For a new server I'm putting together, I'm wondering if there's a way to interface from the web with the server. I know there's the webadmin, but I want to create a public statistics page to monitor activity in the game... current players, scores, level, etc.

Is this at all possible?

Mind you that this is custom made. You should ask Piglet about it if you are interested. (sign up at forums). Not promising anything though, since he is already busy with work/admin/tweaking the server if it proves too much trouble to export the source.
