Where to get UAdminMod ?

I believe the most recent version is 100 or something.
Unfortunately the website of Fragskill seems to be down.

Or, has someone a better solution for sending messages on regular time intervalls ? Which are coming either as admin message or as chat ?

No, 100 was never finished. 0.95b is the most recent. I can email ya a copy tonight if nobody else come through for ya before then.
