cont. about viewing demos

Well I tried to keep it going in my last post about viewing demos but I don't think anyone noticed or nobody had and answer.

Anywho..

okay I got the demo mailed out and now the problem is he doesn't have the viewer when he opens up UT and goes into the community he doesn't have the same tabs I have. How can he get them? He is running UT2004 and all updates are made. Is it possible that one UT sent out won't necessarily be the same as another UT sent out??
Is there something that can be downloaded from somewhere???
to maked it so he can see his demo?
