    Tips for effective movement?

I'm just interested in what moves some people use, cause I seem to struggle when it comes to dodging shock combos, rockets, flak balls (even though I can move around a level very quickly). I'd like to also line myself up for a pretty good shot while keeping myself out of harms way (more or less).

I've seen some demos of players that seem super quick and they rarely get hit, even in the middle of a spam fest. And they're getting great shots in the middle of that chaos as well.

I'm wondering how the hell do some of these players manage that.

a lot of it is awreness and predicting yourn opponents. you can expect different styles of movement and motion paths form different levels of player. for example, look at DE Grendlekeep. say you were in the shock rifle area and there was a new player coming from the flak cannon to the shock rifle. you could expect them to run straight to the rifle. an imtermediate player would do a couple of dodges and probably spam flak. an intermediate player might wall dodge on to the lift and lift jump while throwing flak balls. an advanced player might whip out the shield and try to move around you using wall dodges and flak spam to keep you off gaurd, or run back through the flak area and try to go up the stairs around the lift jump and try to hit you with flak and jjmp down onto the rifle. and a pro would probably just block with his shield and find another way around by going back through the flak area and dodging around the 50 shield while hitting you with flak, or go up and grab the LG and peck away at your health until he can safely grab the sock rifle.

that was a pretty crpapy example, but what i'm tyring to say is that you can expect different types of movement form different skill levels. so you can predict where shots will be coming from and where your opponent might be going.
