I'm afraid you can't do that. The only way that people will see your custom model is if they have downloaded and installed the same model on their computer, or else you'll just appear as Jakob.

i dont think here is the best place to ask, heres the skinning forum, ask there, but search first, for skinning tutorial or something, because i'm sure its been asked
