Invasion & the "points system"

Okay, so I've played a bunch of peoples Invasion games, and have gotten more proficient at knowing how to distribute my points. However, when I try to start my own server I have no clue how to set that. Is there a mod I need to download or am I just a flippin newbie? Please help!!!

I believe what you're talking about isn't a part of Invasion itself but the UT2004 RPG mutator which is often used in conjunction with Invasion (although I've played it with DM in the past).
