Those are the extra combos that can be turned on by using mutators.

someone told me right (x4) gets you camouflage and left (x4) makes you pint-sized.

try a combo with the movement keys:

up up up up for speed

right right left left for invisibility

there are more - discover them

Okay, adrenaline, I know how to get it and such and that when its full it does stuff. But I cant find it anywhere in the instruction manual. What keys or whatever do you have to push to use adrenaline when its full?
