I'm pretty sure all player models in UT2004 have the same hitbox. Meaning even if some are fatter than others, they still can only be hit within the same range. For instance, if you are using George Jr. A small skin thats like 1 ft tall, and you shoot a foot above his head, you'll still hurt him. I haven't tested this, but it is what many people have told me.

It depends really, In my own experiances I have noticed people go for the bigger/lighter targets. I confirmed this experiment in a DM match, first I played as the black robot, people chased me, but not alot I got good frags, then I came in as a white gen mo ki, People really went out of their way to frag mebarly got any good frags. Always when I entered a fight I was the focus of all the fire.

I know other people can choose not to see it, but those that do will not see you.
even if a player uses a custom skin they only way someone would see that skin is if they to have it installed. meaning if they dont have the custon skin/model installed it will show the custom skinned player as one of the default skins.

Best to play as the biggest, brightest, ugliest model out there. Especially the ugliest.
Everyone and their mother will be after you. Great for practice. You'll learn how to handle yourself in tough situations.
