Give me a break. In the hands of someone even moderately competent, the Raptor is a huge thorn in the side of the opposing team. It doesn't need to be made any more powerful, and we certainly don't need another vehicle that flies.

Whose? It would enhance gameplay if you just took the raptor away altogether. When you have someone on a team who is good with it, it makes the game unbalanced.

Actually I can use the avril just fine, but thanks for further broadcasting your ignorance by your ***umption that I'm a :noob: . Rather, it sounds like you suck with the Raptor, but can't make yourself use a different vehicle, so you want Epic to change the game to make up for your ineptitude.

The avril has ceased being a major issue to good raptor pilots for some time now. Yes, they still get taken down but it's nowhere near as unbalanced as you try to make it seem.

You just don't get it. It's not the raptor itself, it's the good shot Avril/the bad driven Raptor, not any weapon or it's strength.

Your attempt of designing a new vehicle is just ridiculous.

Too many functions and still a useles piece of metal in the hands of a bad pilot.

Raptors could have the same armor as the Goliath and will still be taken out of air very fast, just cuz of the high vulnerability up in the sky. Then they would just need some more Avrils or Shock & LG-Shots.

In the end it just comes to the same result as in the other thread: If you're a wack driver, the vehicle also sucks.
You're calling the Raptor wack? You're wack in driving it.

1) Your in a beginners forum, as was your last post. If your so leet then put your posts in the other forum or do you realy think this forum is solely populated by begginers and this makes you look very superior? Its not populated by just begginers some of us come here to help and give advice to beginners as was offered to you, Fly low etc.
2)This is realy for you as you say your a mapper and avrils are too plentyful, why dont you make a map with less avrils available maybe one point for each team or remove the shock rifles and LG, put in plenty more raptors and possible put in huge oceans where infantry cant get too. Make us a map like that and you overcome all the horrible things you speak of. Then we shall see what gamers think. Visit the servers and see for yourself how many agree with you by playing your map.

I think that's a good idea. It could be a nice change to take out Raptors without Avril in one map. Then Ever Frost could play with us Don't really understand why there should'nt be shock rifles and other hitscan weapons, or does Ever Frost really want to make the Raptor invincible?
