Error w/ UT2003

When I try to start my UT2003,I always have this error.

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 806 MHz with 159MB RAM
Video: No Video

Can't find 'ini:Engine.Engine.GameEngine' in configuration file

History: UObject::SafeLoadError <- UObject::StaticLoadClass <- InitEngine

Has anybody had this problem before and does anybody know the solution?(I have downloaded v225 patch on unrealtournament.com)

Probably an error in the UT2003.ini. Delete it and the game will create a new UT2003.ini on the startup.
