UT2004 and UT2k4

Hi!
I was wondering, is there any difference betwine UT2004 and UT2k4 and if there is what are they? Which one shall I bye? I am a litle bit confuse. There is two different covers for UT 2004 in the net-store where I want to bye the game. One is completely white with UT logo on it and another one with a picture on it. Which one shall I bye?
