No CD Patch?

mostly they don't.

the groups that crack the game have too much at stake to fek it up.

if it comes out that lets say a crack from deviance (big group) steals good serials, they never get to do another crack EVER!
because there is too much honor involved, they'd never do such a thing.

also it's a race; who can crack a game first, and best

I am using a no-cd from megagames and it hasnt done any harm.

I bought the DVDrom, and copied a no-cd so I don;t need the DVD to play... keeps it from getting scratched!

Getting a DVD Rom Is a good idea...

Daemon tools or 120% Alcohol if you dont want to buy the dvd rom

I logged into a server with both computers (same cd key) and nothing out of the ordinary happened. Is there something in place to disregard this?

with that game I thought it was a bit stupid, but with the new serial protected online system, they should

Once you've started the game, you can do whatever you like with the disk. That's how you play LAN games. Maybe that's what your mate meant.

you got a point there! with the no-cd patch you don't need the DVD in the drive anymore. but before I had trhe patch it asked for my original DVD!
