I see all this talk about playing on a stats enabled server, or a secure server. I hit quickplay and click on the type of game I want then get put somewhere. Is there a way I can sort thru the type of server I want to play on?

I don't really understand what you're asking.....click on the internet tab in the join game section, the servers have info in the bottom left corner and symbols to the left of their name. these give info about the server....

I just hit quick play on the join game part. Then click on lets say CTF and beginner then I get put somewhere. No clue where, but ppl are playing. So I dont know how to pull up the lisst of servers I guess.Comment

Don't use quick play. Click on the "Join Game" menu option and then you'll have more control over where you play. You can then click on the Internet tab at the top, and sort things by say, ping times. Highlighting an entry will give you information about the server. Click on CONNECT when you got the one you want.

To get a bigger choice click on "Internet." You can then choose what game type you want to see and a number of other filters that you can set. You'll see a list of servers with the map, # of players, & ping. If you select from that list and click join — bingo (presuming the server is not full of passworded).Comment

Of course "quick play" works just fine and allows you to choose what "category" of players you want to play (beginners...).
When you find a server you like you can add it to your favorites, or add people that you like to your buddies.
You can also right click in the server list and open a server by typing its IP address, for example the Factor VIII Contingency server is at 63.74.242.91 if you want to come chek it out (mostly ONS at the moment)Comment
