how do you switch teams? Cant' find the button and everyone is too busy when i ask

when you hit Esc. there a button at the top that says Change Team.

Thank you for mentioning how to do this as my clan and another clan are going to have friendly competition against each other, and some members may be on the wrong side!

That's why there are forums like this. To point out stuff that the game designers made a little too obvious.

Can you keybind Switch Teams, Map Vote and Player Kick? Preferable F5/6/7!

Yes, you can key-bind those commands but I would recommend avoiding those function keys as they already used for other things. I bound SwitchTeams to my Help key and MapVote to my PageUp key — kind of nemonic. I also set End=disconnect and Home to open my favorite server. Some of those keys have default key-binds that are relevant if you are a keyboarder only — since I use mouse and a Nostromo I changed them.
