Server bot mutator

Hi all

I have a friend that want too use the Server bot mutator, but I cant find it for him. I checked at the ut2k3 hq, but didnt find it. Anybody knows where to get it?

It is a mutator where the bots talks (messenges) and have different names than the default ones.
