Just to highjack the thread slightly, how do you make it so that your picture moves or changes? I see it a lot but cant figure out how its done. Also, has it got to be an MPG or something?

My guess is its something in a paint package?

Ahha - thanks for that. I did a search before asking but had the wording wrong - something like "moving+avatar" so it came up with sod all.
