how do you add someone to your buddies list? i added my buddy but it does not show anything, it wont let me join his server.

You are probably doing it correctly, make sure that you refresh the list to see that he is currently on when you are trying to connect of course. Also, if you are not finding him at all, make sure that you have spelled his name identically to the way he wears his tag. Someone else may be able to shed some light on any inherent flaws with the buddy list, but it always works for me, just add the name, refresh the list, and click the server and that's it!

You also can use * as a wildcard. Example
[Clantag]* will show all people with the tag [Clantag] at the beginning of their nick. With *[Clantag] you will get all the people with the tag at the end of their nick.
If your online nick would be Abu_3bbas i should be able to find you with Abu* or *_* or *3bass.Comment
