Need Help

How's everybody doin,Have had ut2k4 for awhile sys is pc 320g hard drives thats 4 of them 2 SATA 10000 rpm and 2 7200 133 IDE Drives AMD 64 processor Asus K8VES Deluxe MB 1.5 G PC3200 memory with 400 mghtz FSB
also have Verto vidio card 6800GT 256MB with 1 g refresh rate, i can play all dayon instant action or any other but when i go to play online i get told master server connection failed what to do i also have the first ut demo and can get online no problems any good help would be greatly appreciated

after trying everthing i could remember it suddenly came to me that i needed
to allow or turn off firewall so all is ok now I can really get mt butt kicked
online It really amazes me how good everbody is. so thank you until next
