Voice Channels

we are having some issues on our server with some people managing to talk over the public and team channels, and some not. We've looked at the settings and key assignments, and are confused by the key assignments as to what actually enables the talk for each channel.

Any insight please, there seem to be multiple options and no clear description of what they are.

you may want to take this thread to the tech and troubleshooting. Out of curiousity, is this your own server? I would think that the people that cannot, do not have the proper settings.
