    Static mesh physics help

    I created a skull head mesh and gave the model 18DOP simplified collision.
    I also set "can become dynamic" to true in the static mesh properties.
    Though when I try shooting or walk into the mesh it does not move.
    How do I enable physics to static mesh?

    That should be enough...To troubleshoot further I would do some simple 'idiot' checks....

    1. Confirm Collision_BlockAll is enabled in the instanced mesh....
    2. Make the Skull head a kactor then retest by firing at it......
    3. Re-Test with a standard Epic supplied mesh after ticking 'Can become Dynamic'. If that works then its something related to your mesh...
