Will UDK work on this Laptop

Quad core laptop, 4gb ram, windows 8.1
Quad core processor is 1.0ghz.

I understand it will not be running fast on the laptop, but would it run? Please explain and not guess.

Also looking at another one, with a Intel Pentium processor 2.4ghz, 4gb ram, windows 8.1. Would you suggest this one?

If you can, give us the link to the laptop on a website. =)

I also wouldn't recommend a notebook Intel Pentium CPU. If you're going to get serious with UDK, you'll need and above average laptop - with plenty of RAM, probably at least 6GB if you ask me.
