Hi,
I'm having problem to get a good result with dynamic shadows. I'm using a dominant directional light to light up the scene. My settings for the shadow:
WholeSceneDynamicShadowRadius = 3500
NumWholeSceneDynamicShadowCascades = 5
CascadeDistributionExponent = 2
At this settings, I get very sharp shadows. Which looks like old games. I want it more smooth so that it look more realistic.

When I decrease the NumWholeSceneDynamicShadowCascades or CascadeDistributionExponent, the shadow comes up with noisy edge when it animates.
Also I have a few questions.
How these settings can effect on performance?
What is the fact of using modulated shadows?
How do I enable modulated shadows to cast from a dominant directional light?
Thanks in advanced
Sohan
