Adjusting saturation in the menu

Hey!

I'm working on a menu and i'm wondering how can i add a scrolling command to adjust the level saturation.
I simply made a kismet menu so i'm looking for a better way to adjust the saturation of the entire level in kismet.

Also ive got another problem.
I use fscommand to change the resolution in my menu, but when change the resolution for exemple 1280x720 to 1024x768, the window is not centered on my screen how can i change the resolution everytime and get a centered window all the time ?

I don't think you can control the centering that way. It might be controllable via the ini, but I've never had to deal with that so I don't know where it is.
