Using UT Foliage assets for commercial game.

Hi, well Im working on a game (You don´t say) but I will buy a licence to commercialize the game, I've read the Licence FAQ and didn´t show something related with my question.

¿Can I use some foliage UT assets and sell the game?

    List of assets:
    -S_BananaPlant
    -S_Cloverclump
    -S_CoverPlant
    -S_GrassClump
    -Etc

    From UDN FAQ:
Q: Can I release a noncommercial game that uses any of the assets included with UDK?

A: Yes. You can use any assets included with UDK for a noncommercial game.

Just want to add on to mtardif's post:
"Q: Can I release a commercial game that uses any of the assets included with UDK?

A: Yes, with one exception. You may not release anything marked as a SkeletalMesh in the Content Browser in a commercial UDK application."
[That is located at the same link]

So yes, yes you can George just as long as they're not skeletal Meshes
