How much would you pay for 1 minute of render in UDK

Hello folks, i have a client who wants about 1 minute video showing a person walking around an area (is an architectural visualisation) and of course i will generate a matinee and get the .avi from it. The scene will look very nice my team has the skills to make it look pretty decent and realistic. But since this is our first paid job we wanted to know how much would you charge in $ for this job? Just an average to have an idea, considering i will have to pay $100 to Epic for a Commercial project like this.

For a game engine, the time is really quite irrelevant. You could make a flythrough lasting a minute or a fly-through lasting an hour and the bulk of the work would be the same.
It's more about the amount and quality of assets needed.

You'll have to pay $2000 pr developer to use UDK. Read the license.
