I'm trying to figure out what is hot right now? I really want to just create a whole bunch of custom weapons but I don't know what method works right now. Obviously to create a custom weapon you need to model, animate, and export in the 3d design program... then you need to recode something like the shock rifle in notepad... then you need to customize a weapon pickup in the editor...

does anyone have a hot method?
