Game project management software?

I need some good organization software for managing game projects, preferably one thats kind of like a wiki where it allows users to enter information and edit it. it doesnt matter if its online or downloadable. I searched online but no one seems to know. Does anyone here use any project management software? I need it to be free also.

Jira is a good one, but you have to pay for it. The easiest way would be to create a forum. There you and the team members can post stuff.
