Laptop specs vs UDK

I have been searching the net for some answers if these laptop specs can run UDK but I cant find any answers. Its kind of hard to know these things when hardware isnt one of my interests . Does anyone know anything about this?

Spec1:
Windows 8
Intel Core i7 (2.2 GHz 4multicores)
8GB ram
AMD Radeon HD 7650M (2GB)
1000GB space

Spec2:
Windows 8 Pro
Intel Core i7 (2.2 GHz 4multicores)
8GB ram
NVIDIA GeForce GT 640M LE
1000GB space

And do they support SM3?

Seems to be difficult to get a gamers grafics card for laptops if I dont cant to get ruined.

my laptop runs UDK well.

specs.
windows 8
3rd gen intel core I5 (quad core)@2.5ghz each
8GB ram
intel HD 4000 (2GB) (I don't use this one for UDK)
AMD radeon HD 7670m (2GB)
1TB

And do they support SM3?

they are both SM5 cards so yes.

Both of those should do pretty good, the difference is the GPU, I'm not sure how they compare, I think they're probably very close. They are up to date graphics cards but not amazing.
