Black screenshot and videos

Hello. I installed latest version and started new project. Problem is that when I do simple PrintScreen in game, screenshot is black or there is only part of the image. Same is for video recording. Special screenshot command in UDK works ok but I need to record video with external program. In my old project I didn't have problem with this. Maybe problem is in windows or graphic card settings.. I don't know.. Windowed mode works ok, only fullscreen does not work... Can somebody help me please ? Thank you...

You can use the snipping tool for screen shots if you have a newer version of windows (just type "snip" in the search box when you click the start button. Should pop up since its included with windows.)
