UDK price?

Hello guys

I have a little question. One of my friends want to create and sell a game. Now he wants to know how much he has to pay for the UDK Licence. Am I right with 90$ and the 25% when he reaches over 50.000 $ ?

License is $99, other than that, correct.

Yeah for solo/small team projects it's pretty much the best pricing you can get for game engines atm, apart from the free (lower quality) versions obviously.
