according to this, they've ported UE3 to the Web without plugins. just HTML5 and WebGL.
according to them it can be tested by anyone:
however both sites offer nothing about it yet
anyway it's impressive!
makes me wonder though, if it'll be a nice achievement that goes to total forget like 'UE3 comes to Flash' was or if something good will actually come out of it, and if there are any plans for this on UE4
