i need help with license because i do not have a license the supports me

i want to no if i can make a game on my own with no help and sell it plz can some tell me the terms for this

Yes, you can. When you are ready to sell your game you need to get a commercial UDK license which costs $99, then you can sell your game. Otherwise you don't need to pay for a license if your game is free.
