We need an etiquette for asking questions.

A lot of questions that people ask, often don't help after they've been asnwered. I think it'd be a good idea for a etiquette when asking questions. One that is simple, such as --

*Please ask questions that can benefit more than one person

*If it can be answered within UDK documentation, please don't ask it here.

*Thank those who help you (and others.) receive important information.
