I am new here and I am not game developer. I am looking for guy who can make a domino game for Kindle active content. Where can I find this person? On this forum or somewhere else? How much can it cost for me? Approximately...

Not likely to find anyone here, closest thing that Kindle has to being able to use something like UDK is the Kindle Fire, which currently isn't supported. Other Kindles are a completely different matter.
