what is a udk build version ?

last day's , i keep hearing udk build, could some one please tell me what the different between build and beta version of udk , and where can i found those build versions ?

Ignore the word beta. People refer to the month and the year as the "build", but also use beta interchangeable. There is also a build number attached to every release (should be visible when the splash screen shows).
