A UDK map can be 2^19 UU in each dimension, and the coordinates are all floating point- which I guess goes something like this: 1.01011001 * 2^101011

What I want to know is the number of bits for each part (the "number" and the exponent)- so that I can work out the accuracy on the very edges of the map.
