Purpose of cooker.xml File

What is the purpose of cooker.xml config file, located in Binaries folder?

Can it be used to add custom files into distrib package?

Looks like you can, not sure.

I have it (I assume you mean CookerSync.xml) open in N++, and strangely there's a reference to the WiiU in there. What are you up to, Epic? :P
